Summary

Reporting to the VP Advanced Solutions Sales as the Director Network Sales the incumbent will lead a team of Sales professionals - a technical overlay sales team to drive sales and delivery of world class Network services across multiple channels.

The Advanced Solutions Sales team supports and sells to a wide range of accounts across all verticals to provide connectivity and other complex business solutions. As a leader of our Network infrastructure and connectivity sales strategies this person is a strong technical leader with sales acumens who is not only passionate about their career and leadership of their people but also subject matter expert in Network LAN/WAN concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops detailed business plan that includes forecasts projects operations trends and maturation of the practice
  • Develop executive relationships both within traditional IS/IT organizations within lines of business and top accounts
  • Develops overall national strategy encompassing people opportunity knowledge and partners
  • Strategy development will emphasize consistent growth over the short and long term with a specific focus on creating new opportunities through emerging solutions
  • Work collaboratively with Take to Market teams to execute on Networking Sales Motion Strategies and tactics
  • Manage budgets and forecasts of all measurable revenue and expense factors to ensure achievement of EBITDA objectives and customer satisfaction results.
  • Lead with confidence and motivate the team to deliver on revenue objectives.
  • Reporting and Target Setting (Win/Loss review Forecast Activity Management Funnel Management etc.)
  • Commitment to growing a performance culture by leading the team towards performance excellence with well defined KPIs and IDPs (Individual Development Plans)

Critical Qualifications

  • An experienced sales leader who has a track record of success and managing across multiple channels.
  • Develops overall account strategy encompassing people opportunity knowledge and partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing a sales force.
  • Recognized leader with clear track record of using teamwork to create marketadvantage.
  • Strong content development and delivery skills demonstrated in wide variety of internal and external/customer settings.
  • Advanced financial management and business analysis communication and social skills.
  • Ability to formulate articulate and implement broadstrategicprograms.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to quickly identify and recognizeissues and opportunities in an environment that is highly dynamic and competitive.
  • A leaderswho is investedto grow and develop high performance teams
  • Engaging public speaker who can conveyBells Network position offerings and value proposition and build credibility in the market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Marketing or a related area Masters or Professional Designation preferred
  • 5-10 years of Sales Leadership Experience in ICT or related discipline.
  • Experience in Telecommunications or IT environment
  • Network infrastructure certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in enhancing productivity and optimizing a sales force
