Job Overview:
As a Manager Account Management at TheFork you will be responsible for driving growth managing strategic client relationships and ensuring the success of a team of Account Managers (10 Account Managers and 1 Team Leader). Youll play a critical role in nurturing long-term partnerships with high-value accounts identifying new business opportunities and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Additionally you will contribute to strategic planning foster innovation and support TheForks continued market leadership.

What you will do:

Develop a deep understanding of TheForks products offerings tools ecosystem and competitive landscape leveraging this knowledge to shape effective account management strategies.

Drive long-term client relationships by delivering innovative solutions and retention strategies while proactively upselling products to maximize value build trust and strengthen partnerships.

Maintain strong knowledge of key accounts in your portfolio including their strategies priorities and organizational structures. Co-lead strategic conversations with C-level executives alongside Account Managers.

Collaborate with Sales and Client Partner Services (CPS) teams to develop and execute deployment plans. Represent TheFork at major industry events enhancing market presence and showcasing our value proposition.

Promote cross-functional collaboration with teams such as CPS Product and Customer Care to ensure seamless client service and efficient knowledge sharing across TheFork.

Encourage alignment between regions on account management strategies. Share insights that inform product development and broader business strategies while exchanging best practices with peer managers.

Lead mentor and inspire your team of Account Managersdriving high performance engagement and career development. Oversee HR processes such as recruitment performance reviews and training initiatives in coordination with the Director of Sales & Customer Success.

Serve as a role model through industry engagement and strategic leadership guiding your team toward shared business goals.

Define and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand TheForks presence in your market. Set and manage team targets and budgets in collaboration with your Team Lead and the Director of Sales & Customer Success FR & BE.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners using market insights to foster innovation and solidify TheForks leadership position.

Who You Are

This role calls for strong leadership commercial acumen and a strategic mindsetpaired with a passion for building lasting client relationships and empowering teams to perform at their best.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in Account Management or Sales Leadership ideally in a B2B environment.

Expertise in client retention upselling and long-term relationship building.

Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

A strategic thinker who can align team efforts with broader company goals.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and representing your company at industry events.

Comfort working cross-functionally and across regions in a global environment.
