Executive Job Opportunity: Director Corporate Communications
The Strategic Policy Science and Engagement (SPSE) division within the Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water(DCCEEW) is currently seeking recruiting a Director Corporate Communications.
The Director Corporate Communications supports the Strategic Policy Science and Engagements (SPSE) service delivery across a range of functions. The role leads the strategic direction planning and delivery of high-quality impactful communications that support the DCCEEWs strategic priorities and policy agenda. This includes responsibility for internal communication stakeholder engagement digital content brand and reputation executive communication and website communications. The Director ensures alignment with NSW Government priorities and standards and plays a key advisory role to the Executive Director Ministers Office and senior stakeholders.
About You
This role requires an experienced corporate communications professional and people leader who can provide high level leadership and direction to the communications team across DCCEEW. You will be an experienced communications executive with strong collaboration communication and stakeholder engagement skills who has experience working in fast-paced high-volume complex organisations. Your experience will also include leading teams through operational change and navigating highly sensitive and at times contentious political matters in the environment energy climate change and water related sectors.
