About the role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall delivery and sales of development projects
- Liaise with contractors consultants and councils
- Ongoing cost reporting and analysis throughout project lifecycle
- Identify potential development opportunities
- Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare business cases for capital expenditure
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders including Finance Legal Marketing and Sales Teams.
About You:
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate / Land Economics / Property / Construction Management
Skills:
- Strong negotiation influencingand problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
- Experience in development planning
- High degree property knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of WH&S policies and legislation
- Feasibility development and management - Estate Master
- Meticulous attention to detail
