Job Description
Are you an Automotive Sales Administrator Automotive Receptionist or Business Development Coordinator who is looking for a new opportunity
Were looking for an Automotive Sales Administrator to join our team at Castle Automotive Group.
Automotive Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Assisting Sales Associates with administrative tasks
- Utilizing CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Maintaining customer records including contact details and purchase history
- Answering customer questions providing product information and addressing concerns
- Scheduling appointments with the sales team and following up on leads
- Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
- Schedules sales appointments and conduct follow-up
Automotive Sales Administrator Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive reception business development lead generation or dealership administrative experience
- Knowledge of sales procedures process and follow-up
- Possesses the ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment

Compensation: $17 - $18.50/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
