Job Description
Overview
The Vice President of Construction is a key member of the executive team responsible for the strategic oversight operational excellence and financial performance of the companys self-performing construction services. This leader will drive best-in-class execution across core trades (e.g. concrete carpentry demolition excavation) while fostering a culture of safety quality and accountability.
Qualifications
- 15 years of progressive construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing self-perform work.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets schedules and operations at scale.
- Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business including sales estimating operations and finance.
- LMA Lead Manage and hold Accountable all direct reports
- Must demonstrate and model the companys core values and 4 Pillars.
- Deliver profitable projects with excellent customer service.
- Build the Team through recruiting retention training and performance.
- Build process infrastructure to allow projected growth
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Manage all data reporting to leadership.
