Job Description
BUILDING: Galesburg-Augusta Primary School
HOURS: Full Day Five Days per Week
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Ability to work with students with academic behavior and health related needs.
- Experience with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD or behavioral/emotional disorders preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement instruction for both academic transition and behavior goals and objectives.
- Assist teachers with monitoring student progress through assessment and data collection.
- Provide supports outlined in student positive behavior support plans and/or IEP Plan including health related needs.
- Complete other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the supervising teacher and/or administrator
WAGES: As per Galesburg-Augusta Paraprofessional contract.
