Were looking for a Talent & Development Partner to support our Tech and eCommerce functions. Based at Head Office in Enderby Leicester offering a starting salary of 42629.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver engaging relevant and innovative L&D strategies that support a culture of continuous growth great service and strong team engagement.

In this role youll be responsible for shaping and implementing learning initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Youll partner closely with our Technology and eCommerce functions as well as supporting wider Head Office initiatives and projects. This includes overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes partnering in the delivery of early careers programmes (such as graduate and placement schemes and our Mainframe Academy) developing career path frameworks that support progression and creating tailored development plans. Youll also run engaging training sessions drive succession planning efforts to identify and prepare future leaders and lead mentoring coaching and high-potential development.

About You

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development with a strong background in both designing and delivering impactful programmes and initiatives.
  • Experience thriving in and contributing to large-scale business environments with a substantial workforce
  • Ability to build on past learning and embed new practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multi-site environments is highly desirable.
