About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract convert and engage our targeted audience segments. You will focus heavily on LinkedIn leveraging both organic and paid tactics to grow our subscriber base and deepen audience engagement. If you have a background in B2B marketing and a passion for connecting the right people with the right content we would love to hear from you. This position will be at our Cranberry Township PA location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns that leverage our content events and other resources to grow our audience of life sciences professionals across our portfolio of websites.
- Lead strategy and best practice development and implementation for our LinkedIn marketing efforts to increasesubscriptions registrations and engagement.
- Create compelling audience-focused messaging that resonates with targeted persona groups.
- Analyze campaign performance using LinkedIn analytics Google Analytics and other tools to optimize efforts and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with editorial sales and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and audience goals and to facilitate and improve their LinkedIn activities.
- Execute campaigns across additional digital channels (e.g. email web push notifications etc.).
- Stay up to date on industry and platform trends to continuously improve our approach and performance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required Education / Skills / Experience:
- 3 years of B2B social media marketing experience with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn (organic and paid campaigns)
- 5 years in digital marketing copywriting audience development or digital publishing
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to distill complex ideas into engaging digestible content
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to inform and improve performance
- Proven project management capabilities and high attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with current digital marketing platforms tools trends and best practices
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience marketing within the life sciences or another highly technical industry
- Hands-on marketing experience across channels including email SEO other social media SMS push notifications etc.
