We are St Vincents Health Australia Australias largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.
Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857 our 30000 healthcare superheroes operatepublic and private hospitals residential aged care community and virtual care and outreach programs.
We are currently seeking people on a full time basis as well as casually - when applying please advise your preference.
About the role
Patient Services department provides services from 6.15 am to 9.30pm 7 days a week with various mix of shift hours.
Staff are cross trained in most areas of the department depending on skill and operational needs of the department
Computer illiterate and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service role
Prior experience working in a medical background and knowledge of medical terminology highly advantageous
About you
Demonstrated ability working as part of a team in a busy environment
Collaborate and inclusive working style
Previous experience working in a hospital and or medical environment advantageous
Ability to learn and pick things up quickly
Strong customer service skills as well as relationship and interpersonal skills
