About the role
Patient Services department provides services from 6.15 am to 9.30pm 7 days a week with various mix of shift hours.
Staff are cross trained in most areas of the department depending on skill and operational needs of the department
Computer illiterate and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service role
Prior experience working in a medical background and knowledge of medical terminology highly advantageous
About you
Demonstrated ability working as part of a team in a busy environment
Collaborate and inclusive working style
Previous experience working in a hospital and or medical environment advantageous
Ability to learn and pick things up quickly
Strong customer service skills as well as relationship and interpersonal skills
