Job Description
A busy thriving urology private practice in Lubbock Texas is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area including out-of-state patientsstrong earning potential from day one with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.
Position Highlights:
Immediate Patient Volume:Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.
Practice Flexibility:No fellowship required but welcomed with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.
Produce locations:Most procedures are performed at a local physician-owned ASC. Office procedural rooms are also available.
Mentorship Opportunities:Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.
Optional Call:Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
First-Year Guarantee:Competitive salary based on MGMA data.
Exceptional Earning Potential:Expect to make$1.2 millionwith fee for service model between years 2-3.
Partnership Opportunities:Ownership/partnership in the clinic ASC and surgical hospital are available after the first year with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.

Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance:$50000 signing bonus and $15000 relocation allowance
