A people-centred studio recognised for award-winning residential design is expanding its interiors team. You will own day-to-day delivery of high-quality design-led projects from concept to site collaborating closely with architects to ensure every interior elevates the wider architectural vision.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects or packages against programme budget and quality targets
Translate concepts into clear presentations using sketches models and mood boards
Develop detailed drawings schedules and full specification packs ready for tender and site
Coordinate suppliers FF&E and specialist trades safeguarding cost and design intent
Represent the studio at client consultant and contractor meetings reporting to senior leadership
Track and report spend on your workstream flagging risks early and proposing solutions
Contribute to pitches competitions and industry events showcasing best practice
Skills & Experience
Minimum two years in a professional interior design role with residential portfolio strength
Degree in Interior Design; Part 1 Part 2 or full architectural qualification advantageous
Confident in Revit VectorWorks Affinity SketchUp InDesign Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Ability to produce coordinated GA drawings joinery details and comprehensive specifications
Strong freehand sketching and visual storytelling skills are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication with proven client-facing ability
Collaborative mindset that thrives in small multidisciplinary teams
