About the role:
As a Senior HR People Partner you will optimise the HR offerings/service throughout the employee lifecycle by providing consistent and effective service to enable our managers and SHRBPs to succeed.
This role will support Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia based operations and offers you the chance to engage in meaningful HR work across key sectors while enhancing your skills and career. This position will require occasional international travel to the various regions.
You will partner with business units nationwide supporting leaders and employees across our Government and Defence operations and be part of a globally connected HR team with specialists across Employee and Industrial Relations Talent Acquisition and Management Organisational Development Compensation and Benefits and Payroll.
Join our dedicated team supporting government clients in delivering diverse logistics solutions with a focus on our Assisted Passage program and the Toll G&D U.K. team.
Primary responsibilities:
Identify process improvements and capability gaps and collaborates with the boarder HR team.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnoses employee and union relations diversity performance management and federal and state respective employment laws.
Contributes to required capability and resourcing to meet /exceed regional service requirements.
Develop recommend and implement regional initiatives for the continual improvement of the provision of HR services.
Manages change management processes as required when changes to regional services provision occur.
Manage regional relationships with key stakeholders and the HR community to ensure service levels are being achieved.
To Succeed in this role you will need:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role ideally within a similar industry with a strong focus on HR operations.
The ability to interpret local labor laws across relevant regions (with access to in-country legal support) and a deep understanding of HRIS platforms.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Business insights prowess building your understanding of key business metrics to provide valuable HR insights and recommendations to leaders.
Collaboration and support effectively partnering with senior HR team members to gain a well-rounded understanding of business units before transitioning to independent advisory responsibilities.
