Job Description

As a Senior Digital Program Manager you will be responsible for defining preparing leading and executing highly complex global digital programs of strategic importance. These programs typically span 35 years carry high risk and visibility. You will ensure the realization of IT business objectives through strong leadership strategic stakeholder engagement and structured project management practices.

Your role and responsibilities

Program Definition & Preparation

  • Build compelling IT business cases for TVHs strategic digital initiatives.

  • Ensure program alignment with IT business needs manage uncertainty and enforce internal governance and guidelines.

  • Develop and continuously refine IT project and IT program management policies and best practices.

Planning & Governance

  • Oversee and approve comprehensive digital program and project plans.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational governance structures and compliance with project management frameworks.

Execution & Risk Management

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale global digital programs involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor progress control budgets and timelines manage and mitigate risks and guide stage-gate decisions.

  • Adjust IT project plans dynamically to maintain alignment with IT strategic goals and deliverables.

Program Closure

  • Ensure delivery of IT program outcomes in line with scope budget and timeline.

  • Lead IT program closure activities including handover to operations stakeholder evaluations and lessons learned documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Capability Building

  • Stay current with the latest methodologies in project and program management.

  • Identify knowledge gaps within TVH and drive initiatives to enhance digital project management maturity and effectiveness.

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Assess select and manage strategic suppliers and partners.

  • Build and sustain strong value-adding relationships aligned with program objectives.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate stakeholder support across all levels from operational to executive.

  • Proactively manage competing interests expectations and change impact throughout the program lifecycle.

Team & People Management

  • Lead coach and develop a team of digital project managers and contributors.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management with at least 5 years managing large-scale digital transformation programs.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex multi-year digital programs with high visibility and strategic importance.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional global teams and managing external vendors/partners.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 Agile SAFe).

  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
