CRM Specialist (Hubspot)
Are you an experienced CRM Specialist ready to drive transformation and innovation Our client a dynamic and fast-paced organisation is seeking a talented professional with expertise in HubSpot (or Salesforce)to lead their CRM migration and optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Automation & Flow:Design and optimise workflows and automations to streamline sales marketing and customer service processes.
Data Governance:Ensure data integrity security and compliance through robust data management and migration practices.
Customisation:Develop custom objects fields and layouts to fit unique business requirements.
System Integration:Oversee integration of CRM with other business-critical platforms via APIs and middleware.
Migration Support:Lead and support CRM migration projects ensuring seamless data and workflow transitions.
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on CRM trends and features driving best practices and innovation.

About You
Proven experience with Salesforce HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

CRM certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator HubSpot Solutions Architect) highly regarded.
