Esports Adviser

TITLE: Esports Club AdviserSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal the Esports Club Adviser is responsible for coaching and mentoring students in competitive video gaming fostering a positive team culture and promoting sportsmanship. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic planning and player with the school community to establish and grow the Esports program. Guiding students toward exposure to colleges and opportunities for continuing their education through QUALIFICATIONS:Current member of the Oxford Education DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs.
