Job Description
TITLE: Equity Alliance AdviserSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal the Equity Alliance Adviser provides guidance and support in fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTQ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensures equity in all aspects of education and student with faculty staff and students to develop strategies programs and events promoting diversity equity and inclusion for LGBQT individuals within the school all group QUALIFICATIONS:Current member of the Oxford Education DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the ENVIRONMENT:The work is generally performed primarily indoors and predominantly in a school classroom.
