GTN is searching for a Director Equity to join our this role youll contribute to the growth in GTNs Mobile Equity Services business line by obtaining new clients and generating revenue for the practice while ensuring assigned equity engagements are managed with the highest level of service.

- You are excited to own the business plan for Mobile Equity Services ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term vision
- You are confident you can achieve annual and quarterly sales targets that align with overall firm growth requirements
- You know you can identify new business opportunities to grow GTNs presence in the equity market and enjoy prospecting for new clients
- You are known for providing excellent client service to your equity clients
- You regularly achieve your KPIs/metrics and billable hours while providing your clients the highest level of service
- You are excited to represent the firm at equity professional organizations meetings seminars etc. and participate in speaking engagements at various forums
- You have maintained LinkedIn and other related market presence initiatives to grow sustain and leverage personal network of equity professionals
- You use your technical knowledge to review the work of Senior Managers and Managers and provide guidance
- Youre proud of your bachelors degree years of experience in the equity space and CPA or Enrolled Agent designation

In addition to base compensation this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives such as bonuses or commissions which are tied to individual and/or company performance. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant mobility experience qualifications certifications and licensures skills and geographic location.
