Area Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Watford
Salary:depending on experience
Contract: Permanent full-time
Start date: As soon as we find the right person
Full UK Driving License required as youll be travelling across multiple sites.

A sharp detail-driven manager with a passion for delivering top tier service a person who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge this is a diverse hands-on role where youll support frontline teams to ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.
What youll be doing
Lead & Inspire: Motivate develop and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment employee relations and team performance while fostering a positive cohesive work environment.
Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans troubleshoot issues and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
