YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Groups global strategy the application of its standards the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities) which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.

Within the Group you will join the Security department which covers the three components of Security: Information security Operational Resilience and Physical Security.

Within this Department you will be part of the Operational Resilience team. You will play a key role in the Operational Resilience program by participating in the development of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Crisis Management (CM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) ensuring alignment with AXA Group Standards.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Operational Resilience Governance and Strategy

  • Challenge stakeholders for the benefit of the delivery of GIE AXA Operational Resilience Strategy (including Business Continuity Crisis Management & IT Service Continuity Management)
  • Identify anticipate and recommend the need for and makes changes to operational resilience approaches and capabilities in response to changing risk profiles and regulations
  • Liaise and build solid transversal collaboration with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of operational resilience (Procurement IT Human Resources Legal)
  • Identify and balance short/mid-term priorities with long term impact / ambition
  • Manage the relationship with the Group to align the strategy by considering specificities of GIE AXA bring progress and expertise
  • Manage the relationship with Information Security Physical Security IT audit and compliance related to the Operational Resilience scope
  • Oversee the updating and maintenance of tools for Operational Resilience
  • Support the Digital Resilience Officer in the implementation of Operational Resilience DORA initiatives ensuring alignment with Group Security instructions and guidelines
  • Report and follow-up actions mitigation plans and KPIs

Business Coordination

  • Maintain the Operational Resilience Policy plans and procedures by staying up to date with regulations and AXA Standards
  • Coordinate the deployment and execution of BCM and CM
  • Support improvement plans to strengthen operational capabilities in the resilience of critical business services
  • Identify and communicate recovery requirements to support functions
  • Conduct business impact analysis and risk assessments issue recommendations and action plans
  • Conduct assessments of critical third parties in accordance with the Vendor Security Framework
  • Ensure that regional and country operational resilience correspondents business Managers and staff are aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
  • Drive OR projects and report on progress incident postmortem improvements plan and risks
  • Design yearly drills and awareness campaigns

Incident & Crisis Management

  • Communicate and report on business / IT continuity events and incidents to the Crisis Management Coordinator
  • Support the Crisis Management Team/Committee in the event of a threat an alert or a crisis
  • Oversee incidents and facilitate investigations root cause analysis and post event reviews
  • Follow up the implementation of corrective and improvement measures

Training and awareness

  • Prepare train and supervise first line of defense
  • Design develop and lead execution of business continuity capabilities testing and crisis management exercises
  • Design and deploy awareness training courses according to GIE AXA Operational Resilience objectives and ambitions
  • Assist or lead security and/or safety awareness training for all employees

2nd line of Physical Security

  • Maintain the Physical Security & Safety policy
  • Ensure Physical security Framework is implemented in adequation with Group Security requirements
  • Perform the 2nd level of controls and report to appropriate stakeholders
  • Monitor that appropriate remediation actions are taken based on assessment conducted

YOUR PROFILE

  • Masters degree in Business or Engineering (IT Security Management Risk Management)
  • Professional certifications preferred (Business Continuity Institute / ISO 22301 Business Continuity Lead Implementer or Auditor / ISO 31000 Risk Manager / ISO 27001 Lead Implementor or Auditor)
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in BCM Crisis Management and/or IT Service Continuity management
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing operational resilience strategies
  • Strong knowledge of managing risk oversight of operational resilience compliance with laws and regulations business disruptions / continuity incidents business and/or IT continuity programs and projects third partys assurance crisis management scenarios and response and recovery planning
  • Knowledge of IT processes and standards of good practices (ITIL COBIT)
  • Knowledge of DORA regulation
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency emotional intelligence ability to escalate properly
  • Good judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Strategic thinking and excellent attention to detail
  • Dynamic proactive organized personality
  • Sense of urgency emotional intelligence ability to escalate properly
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team
