Job Description
As a Sr. Manager (EPC Division) you will be responsible for managing and executing solar rooftop EPC projects leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery. You will work closely with clients stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Manage solar rooftop EPC projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery quality and budget compliance.
2. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering procurement and construction teams.
3. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the EPC division.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in executing solar power plants with at least 5 years of experience in solar rooftop EPC projects.
2. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) degree.
3. Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale EPC projects.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
5. Strong business development skills with ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
