The ideal candidate will:
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests regarding order status product knowledge pricing availability and delivery timelines
- Order Processing:Receive process and verify the accuracy of customer orders through the ERP system according to established policies and procedures
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders warranty claims and delivery promptly and professionally
- Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation:Record and update customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
