This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST with 1 hour of unpaid break
Client Timezone: Central Time (Memphis Tennessee)
Scope:
40 hours per week
Morning-focused schedule to align with driver dispatch operations
Access to comprehensive knowledge base with written instructions and video tutorials
Work with multiple systems including PortPro dispatch system dial pad communication platform and billing software
Direct integration into company team and processes
Monitor driver status and movement using dispatch tracking system each morning
Verify driver locations against scheduled appointments and delivery timelines
Communicate with drivers via text messaging and phone calls to obtain status updates
Send customer status update emails regarding shipment progress and delivery information
Process incoming work orders through digital mailbox system
Review and verify work order information matches system-extracted data
Create load entries in dispatch system after verification
Handle data entry tasks in billing system often duplicating and modifying existing records
Escalate urgent issues or discrepancies to management promptly
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
Comfortable making phone calls and text communications
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
Ability to follow detailed step-by-step processes
Experience with CRM or dispatch systems preferred
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
