We have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager. Can you be a leader that can manage a team to sell cars with maximum gross Inventory control and excellent customer satisfaction scores The Sales manager is responsible for selecting training coaching developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase market share achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delivery an exceptional experience to our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership Skills with an attention to detail is a must.
- Hire train motivate and mentor the sales team. Facilitate regular sales training for continued growth.
- Assist the Sales staff in closing deals. Must possess strong closing abilities.
- Help manage the sales team productivity.
- Experience with Automotive Internet and Retailing Tools
- Inventory Management
- Work deals close deals conduct trade appraisals.
- Manage Customer Retention.
- track revenue logs desk deals and manage retail delivery reports
- Back up Finance F&I required.
- Administer factory sponsored programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry required
- F&I experience a must.
- High EnergyMust Possess strong communication skills written and Oral.
- Excellent Schedule for Car Industry Standards.
- Must pass background check drug screening and have a clean Motor Vehicle License.
