DescriptionManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofits client is in search of a strategic and driven Retail Channel Manager to lead and grow the retail sales operations within the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail channel strategies managing relationships with retail partners expanding retail presence and driving revenue through effective retail distribution

What you will do:
- Develop and execute the retail/e-com channel strategy for lighting products in line with overall business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts distributors and retail staff.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the retail channel ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement in-store branding visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
- Provide training and product knowledge to retail partners to ensure high levels of customer service and technical competence.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess retail performance merchandising standards and brand representation.
- Manage retail pricing strategy discount structures and inventory planning in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams.
- Analyze reports on sales performance ROI of retail programs and forecast planning.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in retail channel sales preferably in the lighting electrical or consumer durable sectors.
- Prior experience working with lighting products (residential commercial decorative or industrial preferred).
- Knowledge of lighting technologies such as LED smart lighting and energy-efficient solutions (preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail distribution models channel dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
