Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company by developing and implementing effective sales strategies managing a team of sales representatives and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and motivation to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in a digital marketing or technology company
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work in the country
