Our Montclair studio is a dynamic high-energy environment where passion meets performance. Were looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to help us grow our member base and deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Role
As a Sales Associate youll be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in building our BFT Montclair community. Youll engage with walk-ins leads and local businesses converting interest into memberships. This is a sales-focused position that also involves front desk and member service responsibilities.
What Youll Do
- Drive membership sales through lead generation follow-up and in-person consultations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
- Support front desk operations including greeting guests answering phones and maintaining studio cleanliness
- Assist in community outreach and local events to promote the BFT brand
- Collaborate with the studio team to hit monthly sales and engagement targets
What Were Looking For
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
- Available to work 1030 hours per week including one weekend day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
