Key Responsibilities:
Handle medical insurance enrollment renewals and claims including processing of Form 6 and Form 1.
Liaise with insurance providers to manage employee benefits and ensure compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant.
Assist with payroll coordination leave management and attendance tracking.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies insurance and benefits.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of relevant HR experience particularly in medical insurance processes (Form 6 & Form 1).
Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the healthcare or insurance sector is a plus.
HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) is an advantage.
Full Time
