You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and experiencedDirector of HR Services to lead and elevate our human resources operations across a defined geographic region. This strategic leadership role will guide core HR processesranging from onboarding and compliance to employee relations and performance managementwhile fostering a positive people-first culture.
In this position you will manage a team of HR professionals collaborate closely with regional and global leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders to drive alignment between HR strategy and business priorities.
Lead and execute HR strategies that align with business goals covering the full employee lifecycle: onboarding performance compensation engagement and offboarding.
Serve as the primary HR partner to regional leadership and guide business leaders on all people-related matters.
Manage a team of HR Generalists ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of HR services.
Ensure compliance with employment laws labor regulations and internal policies.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers offering guidance on HR policies performance employee relations and development.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll HRIS and Benefits to drive operational excellence.
Foster a culture of transparency empowerment and continuous improvement across the organization.
Lead or support employee investigations ensuring fairness confidentiality and legal compliance.
Drive HR projects and initiatives including professional development onboarding programs HR technology optimization and employee recognition.
Leverage tools like ADP (MyHR) to manage employee records and support data-driven decisions.
12 years of progressive HR experience including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong background in a consulting matrixed or fast-paced enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in employee relations performance management policy development compliance and total rewards.
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and regulatory practices.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing and developing HR teams.
Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving HR initiatives in a remote work environment.
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification
