We are Hiring:
Senior Business Analyst
Job Description:
Identify appropriate representatives for each user class and negotiate their responsibilities.
Write requirements specifications according to standard templates using natural language simply clearly unambiguously and concisely.
Specify quality attributes external interfaces and constraints.
Represent requirements using alternative views such as visual analysis models prototypes or simulations where appropriate.
Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
Track requirements status throughout the project.
Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
Make sure that all the aims of the project are met.
Use tools such as JIRA and AZURE to keep track of people and progress.
Hands on wireframes using mock-plus or AXURE tools
Hands on diagrams tools using MS-Visio and or ARIS
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent from accredited university
Technical back ground in development or software testing
3 years experience including 1-2 years as BA/SA
Strong analytical skills
Worked in many business domains
