As a member of the Information Technology team the Business Analyst isresponsible for the development and on-going support of assigned products andareas of responsibility. TheBusiness Analyst will be responsible for liaising between technical andbusiness teams leading requirements gathering and analysis driving projectstrategy contributing analytics to development efforts and supporting a widevariety of tasks.

Additionally preferred candidates should have an experience in UIwire-framing knowledge of the basic concepts of the product developmentlifecycle knowledge of information architecture concepts experience in businessstrategy and implementation a general understanding of databases and experienceworking with teams in complex technical environments.

Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with consumers third parties and members at all levelsof the organization including executive management.

Responsibilities:

Conductresearch as required and provide recommendations based on findings.
Evaluatenew work requests gather requirements and draft workplans.
Gatherbusiness technical and stakeholder requirements for projects and map them to bestpractices and consumer needs to create successful products and initiatives.
Translateuser requirements into business requirements functional specifications anddata application.
Provideproblem resolution for new development initiatives as well as ongoing platformmaintenance.
Collaboratewith subject matter experts to drive cost saving and/or revenue enhancinginitiatives within the company.
Createdocumentation to support projects and other areas of responsibility.
Assistin the development of other business and technology documents includingbusiness cases product reviews and strategies market analysis system reviewsand more.
Proactivelycommunicate project updates issues and other status items to appropriateorganizational level.
Createwireframes to illustrate UI enhancements as well as new UI areas.

Education:

Four year degree preferably in Mathematics EngineeringMarketing Business Computer Science or related field is required.

Work Experience:

At least two years in a Business Analyst or related with experience in eCommerce or the banking/financial servicesindustry are preferred.

Other Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency inUML HTML SQL Visio Photoshop is preferred.
