Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Technical Services Support Consultant:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation and coaching to customers and partners on product features and solutions.
- Handle project implementation activities including customization development and post-deployment support.
- Deliver a high-quality support experience by resolving technical issues promptly and effectively either during standard hours or on an ad-hoc/on-call basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales Product Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure successful service delivery and continuous product improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in software application development implementation and technical support.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Java HTML JavaScript SQL RESTful APIs JSON Unix/Linux Windows Apache HTTP Server Tomcat JBoss Oracle WebLogic IBM WebSphere Oracle Microsoft SQL Server MySQL Derby Active Directory or equivalent Application Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) .NET/C# HTML5 AngularJS ReactJS React Native Flutter Cordova
- Familiarity with Microservice architecture and API gateway Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure OpenShift) Agile software development methodologies
- Certifications in IT Security Agile Development Project Management is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and client management skills
- Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Able to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel overseas for project assignments (as needed)
