Job Description & Summary
The RPA Robotics team at PwC Poland consists of over 40 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients both in Poland and Central Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath BluePrism Automation Anywhere NICE MS PowerAutomate etc.) and utilize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions (e.g. text comprehension chatbots communication). We assist clients in understanding various business processes in finance HR procurement sales and logistics areas.
We are looking for:
App Development & AI Technical Delivery Lead
Your future role:
Leading the development and delivery of AI-integrated applications ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables
Supporting proposal development by designing high-level technological architectures for potential clients
Advising clients on emerging technology topics and trends offering strategic insights and recommendations
Overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery process from design through implementation and maintenance and providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of innovation
Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
if you have:
Proven experience in app development and AI technology delivery
Strong understanding of AI frameworks machine learning models and software development principles and excellent project management skills
Ability to lead and inspire technical teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C and experience with Big Data SQL NoSQL (like graph databases) Linux
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
