Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java Full Stack Development and DevOps tools along with the ability to lead teams and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams to deliver robust scalable applications.
- Design and implement solutions using Java Full Stack and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements architecture and delivery timelines.
- Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development (Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs).
- Expertise in for front-end development.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins Docker Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- DevOps Full Stack or certifications (a plus).
