Location: Lloydminster SK
Contract Length : 1 year potential for extension
Pay:IC pay rates: $45.35 to $55.33 T4 pay rates: $37.19 to $45.37
Reporting to the Team Lead SCM Upstream Lloydminster the successful candidate will provide day-to-day material buying support to Lloydminster Upstream Operations Maintenance and Turnaround teams.

The MRP buyer role is responsible for:
1. Execute and manage computerized material ordering and scheduling fulfilling all material requirements (stock replenishment & work order demand). Execute urgent material requests from business unit.
2. Create & Maintain RFQs to obtain price & delivery infromation from suppliers for non-contract materials. Ensure best value in terms of price delivery product quality etc.
3. Manage repairable material lifecycle.
4. Maintain Source Lists in SAP to support streamlined MRP ordering process
5. Work with SSC to address price discrepancies PO confirmations GR/IR imbalances
6. Work with Inventory Technician to ensure prompt and accurate execution of MRP Collective List (Planned Order to Purchase Requisition conversion)
7. Work with Warehouse staff to ensure timely goods receipt of materials to meet requirements date and support internal KPIs (OTIF)
8. Deliver training as required to maintenance planners to ensure understading of the integration points between PM and MRP
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Post Secondary Certificate/Diploma
Minimum of two years Supply Chain experience
In addition to the above qualifications the following qualifications would be considered and asset:
Supply Chain Management certification
Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management)
Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle
