Job Description
Position Experience Needed:
- High School Graduate AA Degree
- 5 plus years minimum experience
- 5 plus years of drafting experience in Surveying (LiDAR drones GPS total stations 3D laser scanner) (surveying equipment: Trimble Carlson) AutoCAD Civil 3D Drone Operator
- Drone mapping . Experience in creating accurate to scale aerial photograph of a facility
- Concrete experience (repairs paving grading) concrete testing a plus
- Candidate must have the ability to retrieve field data measurements and other information to produce drawings for structures assemblies site plans and Utilities in AutoCAD format.
- Knowledge in the use of Total Station robotic instrument use to collect topographic data produce drawings and perform site layouts a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist CM and Roving construction in retrieving field data and performing site building surveys
- Produce drawings from field recovered data and surveys under the direction of the CM.
- Maintain updated network filing systems for all drawings produced.
- Edit construction plans to produce as-built drawings for all projects upon completion.
- Produce and bind drawing sets for RFQ process when needed.
