Job Description
Were seeking a Structural Engineer with a strong background in steel and foundation design and a passion for innovative construction solutions. This role will focus on the structural engineering of glass greenhouse systems and commercial building structures with a special emphasis on efficient code-compliant and cost-effective designs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer structural steel systems concrete foundations and retaining walls for custom greenhouse structures and commercial buildings.
- Create and analyze structural calculations to ensure compliance with IBC ASCE and other relevant building codes.
- Lead the structural analysis using software such as RISA-3D RAM or CASTA.
- Develop detailed specifications and construction documents using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and construction teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Integrate modern manufacturing techniques and sustainable materials into designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
- 5 years of experience in structural design and foundation analysis (required).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility preferred.
- Experience with greenhouse structures or light-frame commercial buildings is a strong plus.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (RISA-3D RAM STAAD etc.).
- Strong project management time management and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
