THE GIST:
Our client an impressive San Francisco venture capital firm is looking to hire a top-tier Office Manager to oversee their SF office. This role will be responsible for managing the front desk overseeing office coordination duties and acting as an excellent representation of the firm.
This is an amazing opportunity to work in a front-facing role at an impressive finance firm and join a top-notch administrative team!
THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Act as the point person for the firms office operations
- Greet and assist incoming guests & clients with 5-star customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and forward messages
- Place office supply orders restock snacks & refrigerator and coordinate lunch orders
- Book and manage conference room spaces
- Assist in coordinating firm meetings & events
- Maintain office appearance
- Assist administrative team with processing expenses travel booking and calendar management
- Prepare and distribute mail & shipments
- Work with outside vendors and building maintenance teams
- Assist with other general administrative functions and ad hoc projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 2 years of experience working in an administrative or office coordination role
- Bachelors degree required
- Top-tier customer service skills
- Poised & professional communication style
- Resourceful and proactive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of an organization
- Stellar attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
