About the role

Quantum Health is seeking a Financial Systems Team Lead to join the Corporate Business Systems team working closely with Finance and IT leading the implementation and maintenance of multiple financial systems such as Alteryx Workday Adaptive and Sage Intaact. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user systems and process problems developing system recommendations to meet business requirements. This job works on moderately complex problems determining and developing approaches for accomplishing objectives under limited supervision.

The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter that works well with minimal direction and ambiguity learns new concepts quickly is comfortable leading large cross-functional teams and can build strong partnerships within accounting finance IT and other partner groups across the company.

What youll do

• Direct and Lead initiatives related to automation of business process across multiple applications including Alteryx Sage Intacct Concur Travel Sales Vista Workday Adaptive and UKG.
• Manage and respond to triage and reporting requests gathering user requirements and facilitating both ad-hoc and automated reporting.
• Curate and inventory advanced Alteryx workflows. Design and implement data preparation blending and transformation workflows using Alteryx Designer.
• Perform testing of Alteryx workflows to ensure they meet end-user expectations and facilitate key business process such as billing.
• Document business system processes and have a strong understanding of overall business impact.
• Handle data conversions imports and exports between systems using Alteryx tools
• Use data visualization tools to organize and present complex data in accessible formats.
• Act as go-to systems lead for other finance systems such as Alteryx Sage Intacct Concur Travel Sales Vista Workday Adaptive and UKG. Including user management and training.
• Drive and uphold platform best practice standards to ensure scalable design and high-quality delivery including creating change control and testing processes.
• Prioritize learning and training into your weekly/monthly schedule focusing on established team training topics and platform scalability and best practices.
• Create documentation on key processes and SOPs.

What youll bring

• Education: Bachelors or associate degree with preferred major in Finance or Accounting.
• 7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and workflow automation with at least 3 years of direct experience using Alteryx Designer.
• Expertise in key Alteryx tools such as Predictive Parsing Transforms and Workflow Scheduling.
• Medium-large scale Project management and/or ERP implementation experience a plus.
• Experience with UML diagramming.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce CPQ Alteryx Concur Travel Sage Intacct UKG and Tableau.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets including performing joins unions fuzzy matching and data integrity checks.
• Strong proficiency with MS Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables lookups and Macros
• Proven ability to quickly learn business processes and adapt to changing priorities
• Aptitude to work independently
• Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom) and telephones efficiently.
