Job Description
Immediate Hiring May 25 Qualified CAs Mumbai
We re hiring May 2025 qualified Chartered Accountants for a Financial Reporting role with a listed company in the Insurance sector based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly financial statements including the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the company
Submission of quarterly financials to the Board of Directors
Conducting detailed analysis of key financial line items and delivering accurate data for management decision-making
Posting monthly closing entries in SAP and ensuring accurate & timely preparation of IRDAI-compliant financials including Revenue Account P&L and Balance Sheet
Preparing quarterly SEBI (LODR) financial results and implementing updates from SEBI circulars
Analyzing key financial movements such as premium claims and income and preparing MIS reports and management presentations
Leading key finance projects including IFRS and US GAAP implementation
Contributing to the preparation and finalization of the company s Integrated Annual Report
