Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist Senior to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.
Responsibilities include though not limited to:
- Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishments storage plan.
- Verify materials against receiving documents noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages routing materials to prescribed storage locations storing stacking or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
- Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
- Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records.
- Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.
- May operate hand power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Directs and controls activities for a client having overall responsibility for financial management methods and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
- Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
- May supervise others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a SECRET level clearance
- Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience of a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishments storage plan.
