As part of Mondelz International Digital Services you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales finance marketing customer service and logistics procurement HR etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance

- Advises company managers on HR policies and procedures in the company and their implementation;
- Provides expertise consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance and self-service
- Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees and help to resolve different problems;
- Drive HR operations self-service agenda
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Overseeing HRIS maintenance and utilizing HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Leading and mentoring HR operations teams ensuring effectiveness and productivity
Requirements:
- A solid HR administration background with a minimum of 3-4 years experience
- People management experience 1-2 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Romanian legislation/labor laws pertaining to the successful processing of the administrative requirements
- Experience with HR systems Service Now Workday
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Very good Excel skills
- Availability to travel to Clinceni Plant
