Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical by identifying opportunities for upselling cross-selling and deepening engagement
- Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories focusing on long-term partnerships
- Ensuring the team consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention account expansion and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs driving long-term value
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention relationship management and account expansion
- Keep updated on market trends customer pain points and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities
What You Will Need:
- 7-9 Years of relevant experience in account management & relationship management
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
