The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a General Manager Community Aged Care (Home Care) to lead and shape our community Aged Care portfolio as we embark on a growth journey supporting the Commonwealth Home Support programme and Home Care Packages. We need a leader who is ready to expand our reach and impact shaping the future of community care at Doutta Galla.
Reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Community Care portfolio to ensure high quality service delivery regulatory compliance and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our community care programs with a focus on operational excellence compliance and person-centred care
- Support the transition to the new Support at Home program ensuring readiness for regulatory and policy changes
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders including clients families staff and external organisations
- Drive organic growth through service development innovation and excellence in care delivery
You will be well supported by a dedicated team enabling you to focus on strategic growth leadership and quality outcomes.
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader with the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of the aged care and community services sector including CHSP HCP and Support at Home
- A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation growth and building capacity
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A commitment to person-centred culturally inclusive and high-quality care
- Tertiary qualifications: Registered Nurse
