Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Licensing Administrator to join our growing team at our Eldersburg MD office.

The Licensing Administrator will play a critical role in supporting compliance training and job readiness by ensuring all individual and company licenses certifications and training records are current and properly documented. This role will also assist with compiling required documents for project prequalification submissions preparing security clearance paperwork for job site access and supporting general administrative functions. This is a full-time hourly position paying $18.00 per hour.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Track update and renew employee and company licenses and training certifications.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of licensing and training documents.
  • Assist in the competition and submittal of security clearance paperwork for job site access.
  • Support the preparation of prequalification packages and project submittals by gathering relevant compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees and training vendors to ensure timely renewals and course completion.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document management filing scanning and correspondence.
  • Provide back-up support for the administrative staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in construction or environmental services is a plus but not required.
  • Spanish bilingual is a bonus.
