PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join Global Licensing & Royalty Management (GL&RM). The Finance Manager will be part of the GL&RM Management team and will support planned transformation activities and operational cross-topics. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth in the field of transformation organizational change management and to gain insight into the business of managing 3rd party IP assets in the SaaS industry.
WHAT YOULL DO
Define build and grow a high-performing team of Finance Specialists and Experts across various locations interacting with teams covering adjacent processes.
Drive and continuously improve the transformation with all involved teams (operational owner of transformation program).
Establish and foster a process excellence and compliance mindset in all processes and upskill team.
Supporting defined cross-projects in GL&RM taking over work packages and workstreams.
Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial audits (Corporate Third Party) to ensure high compliance standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Legal or equivalent work experience.
57 years of experience in Finance Legal Commercial or a related field.
23 years of people manager experience.
Experience in defining and executing transformation programs.
Passion for complex and cross-functional finance topics in driving positive business impact through business partnering and compliance stewardship.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect interpret and analyze data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
High level of ownership responsibility motivation and drive
