Client Partner VP Customer Success (Sales)

Youll adeptly navigate multi-dimensional engagements combining revenue cycle transformation consulting and technology deployments. Leading teams within a matrixed environment youll exude operational mastery in steering your clients businesses toward financial targets and utmost satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts with precision and poise.
- Engage with executives reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships.
- Manage the entire commercial spectrum of client relations contracts pricing profitability and more.
- Meticulously forecast revenue growth to achieve net revenue and margin objectives.
- Grasp the intricacies of customers digital transformation challenges crafting collaborative strategies to surmount them.
- Offer industry insights to business and product leaders ensuring the Companys solutions remain at the forefront.
Qualifications to Spark Success:
- Possess an Undergraduate or Masters degree with an MBA or MHA as a preferred icing.
- Exemplify unparalleled client relationship skills and sharp business acumen earning the mantle of Trusted Advisor.
- Embody problem-solving prowess adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts.
- Garner a solid 10 years experience in solution-driven technology-enabled consulting or high-growth provider organizations.
- Flaunt a minimum of 5 years recent experience in cultivating and managing intricate C-Suite client relationships within healthcare systems ambulatory or acute revenue cycle management (RCM) environments single or multi-specialty practices encompassing consultative solution-based selling.
