Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Lead the creative development of high-performing ads for social and paid media
- Write copy and creative briefs for video static and UGC-style content
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce content and iterate based on performance
- Stay on top of the latest trends in D2C marketing
- Help shape the creative direction and tone of our brand across channels
- Work closely together with our Media Buyers and Marketing Executives
Requirements
Who Were Looking For:
- Strong portfolio of ads/content youve developed (esp. for e-commerce or DTC)
- Clear understanding of what drives clicks and conversions
- Experience working with performance marketers and designers
- Excellent copywriting skills (short-form witty on-brand)
- Using the hidden word Labrador in your application to demonstrate your eye for detail
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of paid media formats
- Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently
- Bonus: Familiarity with pets or pet products
