Job Description
we required Marketing Manager - Transformer Industry for our plant at Por Vadodara
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager for the Transformer Industry will be responsible for planning implementing and overseeing marketing strategies to promote transformer products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the transformer industry the ability to analyze market trends and the expertise to develop effective campaigns that enhance brand visibility generate leads and ultimately increase sales. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with sales product development and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for transformer products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs preferences industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer and market data to develop targeted strategies for product positioning brand awareness and lead generation.
- Establish marketing goals KPIs and budgets for all campaigns ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Brand Management & Communication:
- Manage the brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials (brochures websites white papers case studies) that communicate the value of transformer products to potential clients.
- Oversee the design and implementation of digital marketing strategies (SEO SEM email marketing social media).
- Work with the creative team to design impactful advertisements product catalogues and other marketing assets.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Identify and attend key industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance visibility and build relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate webinars seminars and workshops to educate the market about transformer products and solutions.
- Assist the sales team with targeted campaigns aimed at converting prospects into customers.
Product Launch & Market Expansion:
- Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies for new transformer products or services.
- Evaluate the potential for entering new markets or expanding into new geographical regions.
- Identify strategic partnerships or joint ventures that can help grow the company s presence in the transformer industry.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through regular reporting and analytics.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities budget usage and campaign results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing preferably within the industrial manufacturing or transformer sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in a technical or B2B environment.
