Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze and interpret complex regulatory changes within the banking and financial services domain.
Manage and analyze large datasets to drive business decisions and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project scopes and business requirements.
Create and manage project documentation including epics features and user stories using project management tools such as JIRA.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements communicate findings and facilitate business planning sessions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the scrum process and agile practices within the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a business analyst in the banking and financial services industry.
Specific experience dealing with regulatory changes data management and data analysis.
Strong working knowledge of scrum framework and agile methodology.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and business planning skills.
Understanding of MS Azure or AWS cloud technologies
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking and financial services sector.
